LOW-PRO® ICE CLEAT
LOW-PRO® Ice Cleat is a compact, light weight industrial strength ice and snow walking device that fits over all types of shoes and boots. Extremely easy to use and light in weight, they are virtually inconspicuous on the user’s foot. The traction comes from 26 minimally exposed tungsten carbide studs that allow the employee to gain traction in winter conditions while still being able to navigate clean surfaces with reduced risk of surface damage. This makes them generally safer to wear both indoors and while driving, reducing the need for your employees to continually remove them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. These traction cleats are designed for speed and convenience. Workers can slip them on and off in just seconds, making them especially useful for environments where employees move frequently between outdoor and indoor spaces. The simple design encourages consistent use, ensuring safety is never compromised by difficult equipment.
No. The LOW-PRO low-profile ice cleats are not one-size-fits-all. They are available in sizes S through XXL, making it easy to find a secure fit for different types of work boots and safety shoes. Using the right size ensures that the cleats stay snug on your footwear, providing stable traction on icy and slippery surfaces.
Yes. Compared to high-profile cleats, the LOW-PRO is much safer to wear indoors. Their low-profile design reduces the chance of tripping and minimizes the risk of damaging floors, making them a better option for workers who transition inside frequently during the day.
Yes. These cleats are safe to wear while driving. Their low-profile design prevents interference with vehicle pedals, allowing workers to maintain traction when moving between worksites without needing to remove their cleats.
No. This model does not provide access to a defined heel. Instead, the LOW-PRO uses a flat, low-profile structure that maximizes surface contact and traction. This design reduces bulk, improves comfort, and makes them ideal for extended wear in icy conditions.
No. The spikes on the LOW-PRO are permanent and engineered to remain securely in place for the life of the cleat. This eliminates the need for maintenance and ensures reliable traction over time.
The best way to choose your size is to consult our detailed sizing chart, which matches shoe and boot sizes to the correct cleat size. A proper fit is essential for comfort and effectiveness, as loose or overly tight cleats can reduce stability. By using the size chart, you’ll make sure your LOW-PRO cleats perform as intended in demanding work environments.
