In the subject line of your email include your original order number and the words “RETURN REQUEST” 2. Within 2 business days you will receive an email with return instructions. These instructions will include an RA# as well as where to ship the goods to. Please note, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN RA# CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. If you do not receive an RA# within 2 business days, it is possible that your email request did not make it to us for one reason or another. In that case, please resend the request. 3.
